We are producing Aluminium and Zinc alloys which can meet the stringent national & international standards like IS, BS, JIS, DIN & ASTM and also as per customers specifications. We maintain an inventory of raw-material and finished goods and provide a high level of customer service.
Quality is the top priority of our company. Based on the concept of ISO 9001:2008, we are following strict quality standards in every stage of our manufacturing process namely raw-material inspection, testing secondary ingots, segregation of scrap. We are well equipped with the most advanced spectrometer analysis instrument and we have chemical laboratory for Wet Analysis.
Every heat is checked intensely for not only its chemical composition but also for its grain size, dross content, gas content and physical strength. In addition to the plant quality assurance job, our Quality Control department also provides after sales services to our customers. We offer free consulting and trouble shooting service to all our customers. Non ferrous alloys are referred to those alloys, which are derived from the non-ferrous metals. They display a wide variety of mechanical properties and material characteristics.
Incoming Material

Finished Goods
- Every heat is marked with batch number, which ensures complete back traceability up to raw material stage.
- Every heat is re-tested for its chemical composition.
- Each batch is color coded after the ingots have cooled.
- All manufactured goods are kept in an enclosure free of moisture.
Dispatch of Goods
- Each batch of ingots is dispatched with its own test certificate.
- If required strapping is done of 500Kg lots.
- Each Batch test samples retention for 30 days.
